William Kingman, broker/owner of Health Insurance Services, Inc. has been a licensed insurance agent since 1987. He has specialized in health insurance and employee benefits for 19 years.
Bill is a 1975 graduate of Juniata College. He earned the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) insurance designation in 1994 and became a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) in 2006. In 2009 he completed all the requirements and passed the Certification in Long Term Care (CLTC) exam.
He is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, National Ethics Bureau and is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.
Bill was born in Buffalo, NY but grew up in central Pennsylvania where he lives today with his wife Holly. They have been married 34 years and have two grown daughters. Not interested in being empty nesters they share their home today with several pet sheep, ducks, cats and chocolate lab, Ruby.
